Tumakuru, Karnataka: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday that the BJP would win a big victory in Karnataka. He said that the crowd that showed up to an unplanned roadshow and a public meeting here was proof that the party would win.
Before traveling to the location of the public meeting to promote the ruling party, the Prime Minister staged a massive roadshow in the city.
PM Modi made it a point to chant “Hail Hanuman” and quote a line from a famous Kannada poem by Kuvempu that praises Lord Hanuman at this election rally.
“BJP is coming (to drive) with a pounding larger part. “Due to the overwhelming crowd, a massive roadshow took place, but there was no preplanned program,” he stated.
Additionally, he asserted that those chanting “Jai Bajrang Bali” are a problem for the opposition Congress.
In an effort to win the high-stakes Karnataka Assembly election, both the ruling BJP and the opposition Congress are fighting tooth and nail on the final stretch of electioneering. Casting a ballot is on May 10 and the outcomes will be pronounced on May 13.
